Udonberry provides Amazon seller account maintenance services (including Amazon FBA operations support where agreed), such as monitoring account health, handling cases, listing/catalog hygiene, reporting, and related operational support.
2. Scope and deliverables
Specific deliverables and response times depend on the plan you select (Care, Pro, or Custom) and any agreed add-ons.
We will work within the agreed scope. Requests outside the scope may require additional fees or a plan upgrade.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide timely access to required systems (e.g., Amazon Seller Central) and necessary information
- Maintain ownership and responsibility for your Amazon account and decisions
- Review outputs and approve major changes when requested
- Ensure products and claims comply with applicable laws and platform policies
4. Compliance and "no guarantees"
We provide operational support using policy-safe best practices. We are not affiliated with Amazon.
Amazon outcomes can be unpredictable (e.g., reinstatement decisions, case resolutions, ranking changes). We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
5. Fees and billing
Fees are based on your selected plan (monthly or yearly) and any additional agreed services.
Yearly plans are billed upfront and reflect the stated discount compared to monthly billing.
6. Confidentiality
We treat your operational information as confidential and use it only to provide services. We recommend you grant the minimum access needed for tasks and use separate user accounts where possible.
7. Termination
Either party may end services according to the agreement for your plan (e.g., month-to-month or a minimum term if stated).
Upon termination, access should be removed and any ongoing tasks may be handed over in a reasonable transition.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Udonberry will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, or losses arising from platform decisions, marketplace changes, or events outside our reasonable control.
